Made Grain to Glass at Giant Texas Distillers with only the best non-GMO Texas grains, our cask-strength bourbon is aged more than three years with 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. The nose consists of mainly vanilla, caramel, candied apples, and over-ripened fruit. Nuts, cinnamon, Allspice, and black tea. To finish, hints of light rye spice, sweet, candied apples, and toffee make this a must-try.
