This single barrel is aged for at least 2 years. Mashed, distilled, aged, and bottled in Houston, Texas. Distinct oak flavors with notes of vanilla, caramel, rye, and black pepper. Our facility recipes and mash bills were designed in collaboration with David Pickerell, who was the master distiller of world-renowned distilleries.
