100% sole owner, Earl “E-40” Stevens, to create, develop and produce beverage alcohol brands.
It is a fully licensed importer and wholesaler of beer, wine, and distilled spirits based
in Northern California and owns the brand Trademarks, Intellectual Property, and all related assets.
Mr. Stevens has developed long-standing relationships with his producers and suppliers to ensure
consistency, quality, and scalability for all facets of the brand portfolio.
Earl Stevens is a platinum-selling recording artist and actor from Vallejo, California. Earl is
also known by his stage name of E40, a rap veteran entrepreneur who is famous for his unorthodox
rap style and catchy slang words. In the early days of his career, he made his name by selling
tapes out the trunk of his car, and now he is living his
dream!
